Our very successful and professional client, are looking to recruit for a Full Time Customer Service Advisor to work within the Holiday Sales department. This will involve selling weekend breaks and holidays to customers wanting to stay in one of their luxury lodges and answering any questions or complaints. You will be required to work 42.5 hours 5 days over 7 on a rota basis. Department hours are 8.5 hours per day, working weekdays & weekends Working a early, middle or late shift 18000 pa basic Duties Receiving incoming enquiries from customers interested in booking a holidayAnswering any questions / complaints from customersResponding to requests for further information, answering questions knowledgeably over the phone and then follow up with relevant brochures, literature etcEnsure excellent product knowledge including Lodges, Parks and surrounding areasActively build rapport with customers to ensure continued commitment throughout the sales process Requirements Experience within a customer service / sales roleHave excellent communications skills via email and telephoneBe Confident on the phone If you are interested in working for this successful company then please contact HRGO.
