 Customer Care Executive sought by travel operator specialising in ski and summer activity travel who are committed to delivering the best travel product for their customers.  As Customer Care Executive you will be joining a team of dedicated and knowledgeable travel professionals in a dynamic travel company that has expanded as a result of customer service, travel product delivery and response to customer feedback.  This Customer Care Executive role is key to that success.

 As Customer Care Executive you will be:

  • Post travel point of contact for customers with feedback/ service issues
  • Respond to customer correspondence effectively, accurately and within set deadlines
  • Speaking to customers over the phone, courtesy call to guests, investigating and resolving problems
  • Acknowledge receipt of complaints/ queries post departure within set deadlines
  • Liaise with resort / office staff to obtain feedback
  • Respond to complaints / queries within set deadlines
  • Update Customer Care log-in spreadsheet simultaneously whilst dealing with the customer complaint/ query

 The ideal Customer Care Executive will have strong people skills with a cheerful and outgoing nature with the ability to work to challenging and often changing deadlines.  The successful Customer Care Executive will be proactive and self-motivated, able to take ownership of travel issues and have experience of working within a customer service team, preferably within the Travel Industry, with a proven track record of effective complaint resolution.  This position as Customer Care Executive is for a highly organised individual with a strong attention to detail and great communication skills.  We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude and is passionate about travel and delivering outstanding customer service.
