If you have experience working within the travel industry, have excellent customer service skills and have experience in responding to written and verbal complaints then my client is looking for you!
Working in a fast paced environment for a well known and established travel company, you will be responsible for the timely response of customers questions, queries and complaints pre and post departure. - Acknowledge receipt of complaints/ queries post departure within set deadlines - Liaise with resort/ office staff to obtain feedback - Respond to complaints/ queries within set deadlines - Tailoring your response and solution for that customer - Update Customer Care log-in spreadsheet simultaneously whilst dealing with the customer complaint/ query - Ensure Cases are answered promptly and accurately
Candidates must have experiene of working in the travel industry and have a proven track record of compliant resolution in a high volume Guest feedback environment
The role is initially for an 6 month period however could be made permanent for the right candidate. In return you will benefit from a friendly and social office environment and Monday - Friday working hours.
