Customer Experience Project Manager required for leading provider of 'off the beaten track' holidays! This successful Tour Operator is seeking to continue its success story and ensure it offers its customers the best experience from start to finish! You will be able to analyse procedures, identify improvements and implementation to continue strive to be the best Travel Company for their customers! Based in Hampshire near the Surrey border, this comes with a competitive salary of circa £30k pa, plus benefits!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Designing and implementing customer experience, customer documentation and process improvements across the business.
*Ensuring processes and communications comply with relevant legislation with particular reference to GDPR (Data Protection) requirements.
*Collecting and analysing management information relevant to the customer experience.
*Producing a 'Customer Experience Dashboard', combining pre-tour, on-tour and post-tour feedback and survey results.
*Using initiative to identify areas of weakness from collected data and liaising with key stakeholders to produce a formal recommendation for process improvement.
*Management of process improvement projects from start to finish, ensuring success. Monitoring progress and reporting on the end results.
*Ensuring that the change process in the business is optimised to ensure the very best customer experience. This will involve an end to end review of the process and making ongoing recommendations as to how the process can be continually improved.
*Assisting with core functions of Customer Relations team, if and when required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You will have previously worked in a similar role, having a proven background in analysing and improving customer experience. You will have experience of project management, with strong communication and customer service roles. If you have experience of this in a Travel Industry environment along with an understanding of consumer legislation and GDPR Data Protection Law, this is advantageous!

THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate can expect a salary of circa £30k pa, dependent on experience, along with additional benefits, travel discounts and long term career prospects!
