Customer Operations Executive is required by a luxury ski travel operator that has been a market leader for over 35 years. They are seeking a Customer Operations Executive to be responsible for ensuring the customer is at the centre of everything they do, maximising customer satisfaction, feedback and revenue to grow the travel programme. In return you will be offered the opportunity to enhance your skill set, gain resort and supplier exposure and join a social team of like-minded ski professionals. 

The key responsibilities for the Customer Operations Executive are:

  • Service all customer pre-departure enquiries, amendments and cancellations
  • Ensure that all client documentation/vouchers/information for all products are dispatched in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with data loading as and when required
  • Responsible for servicing all online bookings in order to maximise revenue
  • Contact previous customers to discuss their holiday and review customer feedback

The key skills required for the Customer Operations Executive are:

  • Organised, accurate and methodical
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Excel & Word
  • Accurate attention to detail
  • Strong team player able to work within a competitive team
  • A passion for winter sports is a must
  • Ideally have worked for a tour operator in a ski resort
