As Customer Relations Advisor, you’ll be handling customer complaints and other product and service issues, building rapport, investigating thoroughly and keeping customers informed at every stage of the process, ensuring a mutually satisfactory outcome, improving the customer experience and encouraging repeat business. An empathetic and service orientated approach is essential for success in the role as well as customer service or complaint handling experience. Although travel industry experience would be an advantage, it isn't essential for this role.
In return, our Loughton-based client can offer a competitive salary of up to £22k, a Monday to Friday working week and an excellent benefits package including 28 days paid holiday (inc.
