Customer Relations Executive – Surrey – Up to £24k

 

A leading specialist tour operator are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to join their friendly and passionate travel team.  As Customer Relations Executive you will be responsible for ensuring that customer correspondence is dealt with swiftly and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and industry deadlines with a desire to provide world-class customer service.

 

As Customer Relations Executive you will:

 

  • Undertake investigation of any tour complaints or feedback, liaising with the relevant staff and suppliers and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Make and receive phone calls to/from customers and assisting them with any concerns
  • Be proactive with complaints, identifying underlying trends and working with key stakeholders to prevent recurrence.
  • To actively monitor logs and complete tasks from other areas of the business that require Customer Relations intervention or guidance.
  • Careful administration of customer letters and e-mails, ensuring relevant files are kept up-to-date.
  • Being a member of the Crisis Management team in the event of a major incident (optional).
The successful Customer Relations Executive will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, where you will wish to focus on accuracy and quality with excellent attention to detail. As Customer Relations Executive you will have previous experience in customer relations or customer services, preferably in a busy travel company.  This is an excellent opportunity to develop you career in a market leading company, that is as passionate about travel as you are!
