A Customer Relations Executive is required by an Adventure Travel Company join their busy travel team in London with a view to starting as soon as possible. As Customer Relations Executive you will be playing a keen role in post-travel service delivery to ensure that that highest of travel standards are achieved at all times. Although a relatively low number of customer complaints are received, the aim is to provide a swift and accurate turnaround to all customer feedback.
