A fantastic opportunity has recently arisen for Customer Service focused individuals to join a well-known award winning company in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire on an on-going temporary basis with opportunities to gain permanent employment.
We are working with them to expand their team with a number of Customer Service Advisor's.
Minimum Customer Service Advisor (Inbound) Requirements:
The main purpose of the Customer Service Advisor (Inbound) will be to primarily deal with inbound calls from a demanding customer base. The calls will primarily be customer focused and service led, dealing with mostly OAP’s enquiries about the company’s products.
This business does not impose call targets and are not a typical “call centre” they purely want to ensure that the people at the heart of their business – their customers feel well looked after and have the information they need when they need it.
It’s also important to our client that you fully understand their business and service before dealing with customer queries and you'll also benefit from a 2 week paid full induction upon starting.
Hours of works are 9-7 pm (hours within this time for example, - 9-5pm or 9-6pm or 10.30 -7pm etc. on a rota basis).
