Customer Service Advisor

Location: Pontefract Fitness Flex

Hours of Work: 20 hours per week

(Shifts include afternoons, evenings, and weekends)

Rate of Pay: 15,109 per annum pro rata



We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to maximise our membership sales and promote the superb facilities and activities at Pontefract Fitness Flex. Charismatic, confident and with a flair for sales, you'll encourage and actively persuade potential customers to subscribe, building strong relationships at every opportunity. In addition to selling, you'll also be responsible for the smooth running of each subscription, including the management of administration, personal records and account details.



To be successful, you will have experience in a customer driven environment and a talent for building an instant rapport through excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Having already worked in a sales environment yourself, you'll understand that meeting targets is essential, together with strong PC skills and the ability to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team.
