This leading independent company is looking for a bubbly & energetic Customer Service and Aftersales Executive with a can-do-attitude, to join their very busy team in the heart of London.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

*To upsell additional product as appropriate at every opportunity
*Keep up to date with ancillary product knowledge and special promotions to maximise sales conversion rates and profitability for the business
*To help in the Aftersales Team when required (training will be given)
*Attend Industry events, trade nights or familiarity trips as required
*To convert sales calls at the highest rate at the highest possible margin
*To buy and source product at the lowest possible cost for maximum margin
*To handle all incoming complaints in line with the company complaint policy when needed

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Bubbly can-do-attitude
*Fantastic telephone manner
*Outstanding customer service skills
*Solid experience in a customer service role
*Desire to deliver the best service to our customers
*Excellent communication skills
*Product knowledge and expertise
*Commercial acumen

THE PACKAGE:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive starting salary of £19k + bonuses, company benefits and familiarity trips
