*To upsell additional product as appropriate at every opportunity *Keep up to date with ancillary product knowledge and special promotions to maximise sales conversion rates and profitability for the business *To help in the Aftersales Team when required (training will be given) *Attend Industry events, trade nights or familiarity trips as required *To convert sales calls at the highest rate at the highest possible margin *To buy and source product at the lowest possible cost for maximum margin *To handle all incoming complaints in line with the company complaint policy when needed
