Customer Service Assistant, Responsibilities:
- The first point of contact for all customers, hoteliers and external parties who contact the company through LiveChat.
- Maintaining service levels by responding to all interactions with customers in a timely and effective manner
- Providing feedback and proactively contributing to team performance.
Customer Service Assistant, Skills Required:
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Efficiency and organisation
- Have confidence when working in a dynamic environment with a mature outlook, professional attitude, and team-oriented approach.
- Paying £18K + 10% bonus
- Based West London
- Working Mon - Fri
