Customer Services Concierge is required by a luxury tour operator, a market leader for over 30 years, to support the winter-sports programme, providing after-sales care to a concierge level of service in a fast growing and ever-changing travel business. The ideal candidate will have unparalleled customer service skills, a keen eye for detail and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

The key responsibilities for the Customer Service Concierge are:

  • Provide support and guidance to the client post booking, ensuring unparalleled service is delivered at all times
  • Answering client queries regarding their accommodation or resort by phone and email
  • Up-selling ski hire, lift passes and ski school to clients
  • Assisting clients to book lift passes, ski school, nannies and restaurants administration
  • Liaising with tour operators or directly with European and North American suppliers to administer changes to client bookings
  • Processing new bookings and invoices
  • Preparing travel itineraries and sending client travel documents Credit Control

The key skills required for the Customer Service Concierge are:

  • Customer service experience in an office environment 
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Excel & Word
  • Accurate attention to detail
  • You must work well in a team with a hard-working and flexible approach
  • A passion for winter sports is a must
  • Language skills (French, German or Italian) would be bonus
  • Ideally have worked for a tour operator in a ski resort
