Customer Service Consultant

£17.4K (Salary increase after probation) + Monthly Bonus & Company/Travel Benefits

Start Date: 23rd March 2020

A very well-established and highly successful Travel Company based in Warrington are seeking Customer Service Agents or Customer Service Consultants or Customer Care Consultants who are enthusiastic about travel, building rapport with clients and able to sell travel products.

This is an excellent opportunity if you have Travel Industry experience or have a passion for travel with a proven sales and customer service record and are looking to establish a career in the Travel Industry.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers who want to book/amend their travel itinerary, cancel or make alternative arrangements
  • Offer exceptional customer service which exceeds all customer expectations
  • Identify opportunities to add value to existing bookings or promote travel products useful to the customer
  • Strive for first contact resolution

Customer Service Consultant Requirements:

  • Proven ability of delivering excellent customer service
  • Passionate and interested in travel
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed multiple targets through individual performance
  • Excellent telephone manner and proven ability to build rapport with customers
  • Be able to start on the 23rd March (with no holidays booked for first four weeks)

In return you will be given a competitive salary, free car parking, excellent travel industry discounts including flights, hotels etc. educational trips, min. 25 days annual leave and so much more!

Working 37.5 hours a week on a 7 day roster Monday-Sunday with varied shift patterns between the hours of 7am-9pm.
