Are you looking for a rewarding role, utilising your excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills? Award-winning specialist travel company are expanding and seeking Customer Service Executives, to join their successful Customer Service and Duty Office in Chester! Answering customer service queries and successfully resolving issues that arise. Excellent starting salary, dependent on experience of £17k - £19k pa company benefits, great career prospects. We are looking for an experienced Travel Customer Service Advisor, who has excellent people skills and loves resolving issues effectively.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Taking calls from customers with customer service queries
- Listening to their queries and understanding their needs and concerns
- Pro-actively liaise with customers to resolve any customer service situations in a timely manner
- Recording and documenting customer service issues
- Communicating complaints through the business to improve procedures where necessary
- Working on a rota basisover seven days (37.5 hours per week)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
We are seeking someone who has previously worked in a customer service position, ideally within travel i.e. Airline Pursers, Airport Duty Office, Customer Service Executives in Tour Operations, Overseas Representatives. If you have worked within customer service within a different sector such as banking, consideration may also have be considered if you have solid experience of complaint resolution.
