Reservations Consultants are required for an award winning supplier to the travel industry.  Customer Service is paramount for our client, and core to the company’s philosophy.  In the role of Reservations Consultant you will be at the heart of our client’s ethos.  As a Reservations Consultant you will be responsible for:

·         Being the first point of contact for all customer reservations

·         Understanding the Customer’s needs and matching the right product for them

·         Suggesting premium products to customers to increase margin and improve the customers experience

·         Managing stock levels to ensure the right products are sold

·         Ensuring all reservation information is entered correctly

·         Going the extra mile for customers whenever you can

·         Building relationships with suppliers to gain better commercial terms when appropriate

·         Booking the customer’s order with the right supplier

The successful Reservations Consultant will have excellent people skills, with strong written and verbal communication skill.  You will have an out-going and warm exuberant personality who is able to build relationships with others quickly and effectively with good influencing skills and have the ability to multi-task.  You will have strong customer service skills and experience, preferably in an over the phone environment, who enjoys working in a fast moving fun atmosphere.
