The successful Travel Customer Service Executive will have previous travel industry experience in a similar customer service or travel consultant role and have a strong customer service orientation. You will have excellent communication skills and have an ability to deal pre-travel enquiries. As Customer Service Executive you will be able to analyse travel problems and solve them effectively, with strong attention to detail.
