Travel – Customer Service Executive – Hampshire – Up to £22k

 

Travel Customer Service Executive is required by one of the nation’s best loved adventure and responsible travel companies.  As Travel Customer Service Executive you will deliver a first class after sales customer service by interacting with travel customers providing post sale information in response to enquiries and concerns.

 

As Travel Customer Service Executive you will:

  • Deliver personalised customer service & support of the highest level
  • Handle incoming requests from travel customers and ensure that requests are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Educate the travel customer to prevent for future contacts and document interactions
  • Ensure all customer queries & administrative tasks are responded within guidelines.
  • Pro-actively promote additional travel services in order to maximise the generation of additional revenues.

The successful Travel Customer Service Executive will have strong communication skills, be able to multi-task through effective planning and prioritisation, as well as a passion for excellent customer service.  You will be passionate about responsible travel, and also have excellent listening, analytical and empathy skills.
