A Customer Services Executive is required by our client who are an award-winning luxury travel to join a busy and vibrant in-house operations team. You will be responsible for responding to all pre and post travel enquiries and correspondence from customers, either by telephone, email or letter. The ideal candidate will have some experience of working for a travel in a support and/or customer relations / services capacity.
