Customer Service Executive

Our client are specialists in Worldwide escorted tours and are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their growing Customer Experience team.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Send out the departure documents to customers

·         Sending room lists to suppliers

·         Resolve in-resort issues

·         Dealing with any customer issues after they have returned home

·         Monitor online reviews and respond where necessary

 

Personal Requirements:

·         A team player

·         Calm under pressure

·         Able to build a good rapport with customers

·         Experience in a similar role within the travel industry

Hours:

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
