The ideal Customer Service Executive will have strong people skills with a cheerful and outgoing nature with the ability to work to challenging and often changing deadlines. The successful Customer Service Executive will be proactive and self-motivated, able to take ownership of travel issues and have experience of working within a customer service team, preferably within the Travel Industry, with a proven track record of effective complaint resolution. This position as Customer Service Executive is for a highly organised individual with a strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
