Customer Services Executive – Ski Travel – South West London - £18k (OTE £22k)

 

A leading ski travel company are looking for Customer Service Executive to provide post-sales customer service and administrational support to customers that have booked their ski travel and also to the sales team.  As Customer Services Executive, you will be working for a well-established ski travel company who are regular award winners with a reputation for a friendly team and travel office, that offer great training and ski travel career development.

 

A Ski Customer Services Executive you will:

  • Ensure very high standards of customer care when dealing with clients
  • Answer incoming calls and provide a high level of customer service
  • Respond to clients through online ‘chat’ portals
  • Making ski travel reservations for customers
  • Look to sell additional products where-ever possible to increase revenues
  • Ensure processing of emails, cancellations and amendments in line with departmental targets
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge for all programmes, including our chalets, self-catering and hotel accommodation
  • Liaising with the operations team to ensure customer expectations are met in resort

 

The successful Ski Customer Services Executive will have a passion for ski, with an excellent telephone manner, strong customer service skills, and be well organized. You will ideally have a good knowledge of European ski resorts, and be keen to talk about ski to customers to help them have the best experience possible.
