Customer Services Advisor - London - up to £20k basic

As Customer Services Advisor, you will be speaking to trade and direct customers concerning pre and post departure inquiries by making changes to a short break, inputting bookings into the system, sending confirmation and processing payments.
Checking booking are correct and updated
Making amendments to existing bookings and dealing with cancellations
Sending out e-mail confirmations
Collecting and processing payments
Advising clients on pre travel arrangements
Dealing with complaints or refunds
Dealing with the daily post
Negotiating with suppliers
Responding to client queries via email and telephone and chat
Must be working in a customer service role within the travel industry
Be very organized in a multi-tasking position
Proven ability to work under pressure
Good all round knowledge of European travel
Monday to Friday, shift patterns between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm
Saturday working may be required between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on a rota basis, dependent upon business requirements.
