*Dealing with queries from customers via telephone and email *Action back office amendments *Sending out travel documents / tickets to customers *Dealing with changes and cancellations to bookings *Liaising to suppliers *Obtaining customer information to complete bookings *Courtesy calls to customer prior to their departure *Assisting with customer feedback queries *Taking payment from passengers.
*Previous experience within a the travel industry or customer service environment *Pleasant & professional telephone manner. *Effective Sales skills. *Excellent communication and organisational skills. *Good command of the English language both written and verbal *Team Player *Self-starter with own initiative.
The successful candidate can expect a starting salary of £18k. You will be part of an expanding business, with the opportunity for career progression. You will also receive excellent company benefits.
Standard office hours are Monday to Saturday from 09.00 to 17.30hrs (A day off in lieu will be provided for Saturday/Sunday working)
