Customer Services Executive – Adventure Travel - Farnborough - Up to £22,000

Our client is an award-winning adventure travel tour operator that offer over 600 trips in over 130 countries. They are looking for a Customer Services Executive to ensure that processes are optimised, decisions are made with the customer in mind, and data is produced and used accurately to assess overall customer satisfaction levels. The Customer Services Executive role is involved in the end-end customer experience across the entire business.

 

The key responsibilities for the Customer Services Executive position are:

  • Discuss issues raised by our customers with relevant departments
  • Identifying new opportunities and advocating new initiatives for process and customer experience improvement across the brand
  • Acting as the voice of the customer and customer Research and application of industry-wide customer service best practices
  • Supporting the design, review and implementation of customer documentation, and process improvements
  • Assisting with core functions of Customer Relations team, if and when required.
  • Being flexible and willing to help out with any other area of the business as required

 

The key skills required for the Customer Services Executive position are:

  • Have prior experience within a Customer Services role ideally within the travel industry
  • Exceptional customer service ethos – keeping the customer at the heart of all decision making
  • Able to produce and analyse data effectively, draw appropriate conclusions, and confidently present findings to senior stakeholders                        
  • Ability to multi-task through effective planning, prioritising and organising of workload   
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instil trust and uphold the values of the business               
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to effectively problem solve      
  • Demonstrate excellent, grammatically correct, writing ability
