Customer services advisor - Aftersales Required for this lovely tour operator based on the Essex/London boarder. They are looking for a travel industry professional with customer services experience and strong GDS knowledge. They will pay around £20,000 + around £5,000 bonus and benefits.
Customer services advisors duties
-To offer a professional telephone service to both travel agents and direct clients dealing with any after sales questions
-Managing requests for amendments and add ons to existing bookings
Customer services advisors skills required
-Travel Industry experience is a must in reservations or customer services
-Knowledge of the USA
-Knowledge of Airline rules
-Knowledge of Bed Banks
