The successful Customer Service Manager will have experience of working in the travel industry, managing a small team, where you will have successfully worked with customers in a busy high volume environment. The Customer Service Manager will have exceptional people skills, be a strong verbal and written communicator who is confident and assertive whilst being calm and patient under pressure with the ability to build rapport and empathy with customers.
