Customer Support Executive, London, Salary to £27k
We are seeking a travel industry experienced Customer Support Executive for our London based client to support travel trade enquiries. You will be providing training and guidance, and individual advice and actively monitoring requests to improve standards.
A travel customer service background is essential and they are offering a competitive salary to £27k plus benefits
Customer Support Executive Responsibilities:
Studying complaints received and decide if further investigation needs to be taken.
Carry out investigations and follow relevant enforcement processes.
Analysis of the effectiveness by reviewing clients' trading practices through monitoring and other processes.
Present reports and enforcement matters
Support to the Member Services Department
Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders
Attend such meetings and travel trade events as are necessary for the proper fulfilment of the role.
Answering phone calls, dealing with correspondence and advising consumers on how to resolve disputes.
Customer Support Executive Requirements:
Travel customer service background is essential
A high standard of literacy and excellent communication skills
Excellent Experience of the travel industry and dealing with complaints
An ability to analyse information and identify the key points
Excellent team-working skills
Good presentation skills
