A Customer Support Executive is required by one of the UK’s most respected ethical adventure travel companies, a multiple award winner, and an employer who invests in their travel staff. As Customer Support Executive, you will deliver a first class after-sales service by interacting with customers to provide and process post-sale information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests in a timely, personable and professional manner.

The successful Customer Support Executive will have a strong customer service ethos, keeping the customer at the heart of everything, with strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to multi-task through effective planning and organising.
