A leading luxury Tour Operator is expanding its product team; we are seeking Product Inventory Assistants to work in a team and ensure the timely loading of product, ensuring it is available for Reservations Consultants to book. We are seeking a candidate from a travel background, with excellent attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines. To be responsible for the accuracy and timelines of the loading and maintenance of supplier contracts ensuring that deadlines and business objectives are met in regards to loading
-Data Loading - Accurately load and amend supplier contracts onto the Database in line with specific deadlines.
-Checking - Check loading input by other team members onto the database, against the original supplier contracts and correct any errors found
-Identify missing or incomplete contracts or information and requests from the relevant product co-ordinator
-Notify the Product Manager where missing or incomplete information is likely to impact given deadlines
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret supplier contracts
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Hands-on and not afraid to roll up sleeves
