Our client, an established Travel Management Company boasting a strong Business Travel client portfolio require a Data Support Analyst to ensure Data provision to stakeholders. Attention to detail is key to ensure delivery of accurate reports (Account Management, Finance, Operations, and Customers).

The Responsibilities of the Data Support Analyst are as follows:

  •     Producing reports, dashboards and extracts for stakeholders in a range of formats to support and inform business activities and decisions.
  •     Delivery of scheduled reports on a timely basis
  •     Delivering ad hoc requests to the business, ensuring requests and proposed solutions are appropriate.
  •     Identifying, collecting and validating requirements
  •     Producing accurate development estimates
  •     Post report production/distribution; providing support for any queries/modifications to reports
  •     Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to define information requirements
  •     Being responsive to any urgent requests from stakeholders.
  •     Providing clear and concise communications to management on current priorities.
  •     Developing a solid understanding of the data and the business activity associated with it.
  •     Data input/data corrections to support accurate reports.

The Skills Required for the Data Support Analyst are as follows:

  •    Experience of Account Management Support and/or Finance support (ideally within the business travel industry)
  •    Advanced Excel skills desirable 
  •    A good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  •    Knowledge of the Travel technologies and tools (GDS, SBT, reporting tools) preferred
  •    Ability to work with large amounts of Data in order to highlight trends
  •    Good English and mathematics skills to perform in a business environment.
  •    Problem-solving ability.
  •    Confident and positive outlook
  •    Good communication skills
  •    Able to multi-task, set own priorities and able to work under pressure.
