We are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager for our newest exciting opening in Bristol, The Lamb & Flag as it's known currently is being converted into a Miller & Carter later this year. This building used to be a Farmhouse so has lots of character, near to the Cribbs Causeway Mall with a Premier Inn and Travel Lodge close by. The ideal Deputy Manager candidate will have experience delivering great standards across the board and will have worked in high volume food and premium markets previously.
