Deputy Manager - Woodford Green, London
Our client is looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to help maintain an excellent reputation for serving up wholesome food in a fun, rewarding and engaging environment in an amazing and growing brand.
The requirements to work as a Deputy Manager for our client:
-At least 6 months experience in a supervisory role in Hospitality
-Leisure or retail experience
-Ability to role model our clients values and brand standards
-Passionate about great service
-Great eye for detail
-Excellent verbal communication
-Ability to work calmly under pressure
-Skilled in organising and planning
-Training and development of the team
-Deputising for the General Manager
The Deputy Manager role is key to our clients success so we are looking for a Deputy Manager who will be passionate about their clients as well as guests.
