About the Role:As our Deputy Manager you will be responsible for supporting our Centre Manager with the overall performance of the Centre and the Team. You'll also: * Be a great role model for the team and promote a fun working environment - leading, motivating and inspiring them on every shift * Coach and mentor the team, supporting them to hit their targets as well as their personal development goals * Be on the floor at key times ensuring that our customers are happy and safe * Be very hands-on and help keep standards high front of house * Have excellent attention to detail to enable you to enhance our customers' visit - you'll need to surprise and delight them at every opportunity and create lasting memories * Help drive sales and be a brand ambassador - promoting the centre in the local area through marketing activities * Support the manager to ensure the centre is achieving its targets * Manage peak trade shifts in the Centre Manager's absence About you:We pride ourselves on being creators of positive energy, so for you to be successful in this role you'll need a positive attitude and approach to everything you do.
