Digital Analyst, London, Salary to £25k
We are looking for an Analyst who will provide marketing and website insight to support this online travel company's in ambitious visit and margin growth targets. The Analyst will be instrumental in driving the business forward in an efficient manner and will work with all areas of the company. They are a small fun and friendly team based in their Shoreditch Offices, so it's important that the candidate can manage their own workload, show initiative and be flexible.
the role is to provide detailed analysis of onsite user behaviour, including paths to conversion, drop off points and interaction with the search form. Involves knowing when to move between various analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics, GA and Hotjar.
Salary to £40k
Digital Analyst Responsibilities:
Create specifications for site improvements and new features, using data to drive these decisions.
Use SQL to query our database, for data on our suppliers.
Create performance reports with actionable insights for the Sales Team to drive higher conversion rates.
Keeping up to date with site releases and take a proactive approach in checking marketing tags and errors on site.
Provide weekly KPI reports, monthly results overviews and forecasting to management and ad hoc forecasting for the sales team.
Implement and maintain automated reports for all areas of the business.
Understanding our range of digital channels to ensure reports include relevant data, presented in an accessible way.
Ownership of publisher side ads. Includes setting up display campaigns, providing reports for suppliers and creating an innovative strategy to grow revenue.
Digital Analyst Profile:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong proficiency using site reporting/analytics tools such as Google Analytic
Good commercial acumen and a strong focus on achieving measurable goals
Good understanding of HTML
Proficiency in database analysis, particularly using SQL
Experience with Adobe Analytics
Experience with tag management systems such as GTM
Understanding of various marketing channels, including PPC and SEO
