Digital Marketing Executive is wanted by an award-winning luxury tour operator who provide a unique mix of luxury, responsible ethical adventure travel experiences.  Working in a multi-disciplined marketing team, your main responsibility will be to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to support the businesses online marketing presence.

The key responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Executive are:

  • Manage website including administration and upkeep, monitoring conversion rates, suggesting enhancements, creating content and fixing errors
  • Report on website performance through Google Analytics
  • Provide content ideas and suggestions for website development
  • Segment customer email database to increase sales
  • Manage CRM initiatives to drive growth
  • Together with the Marketing Manager, manage online advertising and remarketing and seek new opportunities
  • Manage the PR agency
  • Attend occasional shows including trade shows such as Destinations and occasional travel talks

The key skills required for Digital Marketing Executive are:

  • Ideally 1+ years digital marketing experience, preferably within the travel industry
  • A good understanding of Paid and Organic marketing including Social Media
  • An understanding of Google Analytics, or similar analytics platform (basic level at a minimum)
  • Highly organised with experience of balancing multiple projects                
  • Strong copy-writing skills and impeccable attention to detail
