Director of Sales Responsibilities
As the Director of Sales, you'll be responsible for the ensuring the continued efficiency and success of the running of the entire Sales operation across multiple brands (B2C and B2B). You will motivate, lead and develop your team, ensuring that the company's reputation for excellent customer service is maintained and that staff and brand targets are set and achieved. This will be supported by your ability to understand, analyse and evaluate booking data, conversion rates and other metrics and to identify opportunities for improvement in performance across the board.
In addition to the day-to-day running and leadership of the Sales team, you will be required to liaise with other departments including operations and marketing, and will also lead on the recruitment, training, onboarding and development of new Sales talent, ensuring that company values are instilled.
