Our client is looking for an energetic individual that can work well as part of a close team. They must be willing to take responsibility, pride in their work and most importantly to go the extra mile, which for them is fundamental.
They have a small but well run pub that prides itself on high standards. Over the last three years, they have built a great reputation for food, drinks and friendly service. They require an additional member to their management team to ensure they both maintain and build on this.
The applicant must be friendly, personable and up for a laugh. The pub is informal and relaxed but it is important to maintain professionalism also. They provide great pub food and their chefs make everything in house. They have quality cask ales, craft lager and a well-stocked top shelf so you can feel proud of the offer and service that you are providing. Their Trip Advisor Certificates of Excellence are testament to this.
They host gin, whisky, rum and music festivals as well as pie week, burger week and the best Sunday roast for miles.
Rate of pay will depend on experience and all tips are shared equally after each shift. They try to be as flexible as possible with regards to time off and will endeavour to accommodate requests whenever possible. 25-30 hours per week (more hours possibly available).
