Deal with all customer complaints, following hotel procedures.. Greet the hotel's guests, check cleanliness of public areas, coordinate with departments to maintain proper front office functions and assist reception when needed.. Manage staff levels in line with the requirements of the business.. To delegate staff duties, using staff members strengths to the business' advantage.. Motivating all members of staff to maintain a positive work atmosphere.. Attending regular meetings with department managers to ensure they are up to date with all that is going on within the business and to discuss any and all figures you might need.. Ensuring that all departments are running smoothly and having the ability to help out within the business where needed. Experience/Requirements Needed:.
