Combined with exceptionally high levels of customer service experience and a keen attention to detail.
THE JOB: *Fully service all travel requests to include all air, rail hotel and/or other ancillary service reservations *Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring the highest possible standards are delivered at all times with a personalized and individual approach to each client *Handle top VIP travel clients *Problem solve in pressurized situations *To work to deadlines and prioritize workload *Be able to maintain a High attention to detail in a fast paced environment *Respond and react to any client queries in a timely and satisfactory manner
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: *Minimum 10 years experience in the Travel Industry *Galileo / Apollo GDS - ticketing and reissue experience essential *Preferred BA1 & BA2 or VA1 & VA2 Fares *Highest level of customer service *Time management and organisational skills are essential *Experience working with entertainment/groups/VIP bookings preferred *Previous Emergency / 24 hours experience preferred *Previous homeworking experience ideally *OOH experience / shift work *VVIP Client handling
OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION: Full time hours of 40 per week made up of 5 x 8 hour shifts Shifts of 8 hours include: / / This will include 1 weekend off in every 5 to 6 weeks Subject to change
THE PACKAGE: For the successful candidate there will be a competitive annual salary and company benefits package which will be discussed at interview stage. Salary is dependent on location and experience, but in the region of £30,000 to £40,000 per annum.
