Responsible for the production of events from conception through to completion. Drive and manage customer engagement and attendance to planned events including exhibitions, workshops, seminars and also webinars.
These events are held in various European countries and are an integral part of the marketing plan.
This position will primarily coordinate the booking of these events, managing the stand design, associated collateral, build and logistics, coordinating all event requirements and managing and implementation of pre and post event marketing.
The role of event coordinator is hands-on and involves working as part of a team, and agreeing to and managing a budget.
This position will work with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure that events are organised within agreed budgets and agreed time scales.
This position will also manage all aspects of pre and post event promotional campaigns, both on- and off-line, involving design and deployment in printed and web platforms.
The position will involve travelling to some events to manage local set up, coordination of practical arrangements and dismantling.
