For some years it has been a popular venue for events - they run their own themed events such as afternoon teas, food themed events, Mothers & Fathers Day promotions, live entertainment etc , and their private room (for up to 70 people) is popular with agencies, travel trade, the public and corporate events for meetings, lunches, dinners and special occasions including weddings and birthdays. The restaurant, pub, private room and snug have great views and its constantly highly rated on Trip Advisor.
They are recruiting for an Sales & Marketing Executive who can be home based as long as at least 2 days a week you are based at the venue to conduct show around, discuss menus with clients and be available to greet clients attending events.
As Sales & Marketing Executive your role will include :
Account managing existing clients and developing long term relationships with them
Sourcing new clients and developing new sales avenues
Working on marketing campaigns both online and off line including managing their growing social media presence
Handling all group reservations enquiries and discussing menus according to clients budgets
Attend networking events and external events to promote the business
Working closely with the Management and the team to constantly maintain the excellence they are proud to achieve
Successful Sales & Marketing Executive candidates must have :
Proven sales experience and an understanding of the hospitality industry
Understanding of marketing including social media
Proven communication and organisational skills
Experience of working with a team
A genuine desire to succeed
Ability to drive to work - the venue is not easily accessible by public transport
An interest in food and beverage
Ideal Sales & Marketing Executive candidates will have sales and marketing experience with a restaurant, hotel and venue - the Company are ready to interview straight away.
