Assistant Manager Meetings and Events
To provide support to your manager in ensuring maximum service levels to customers, internal departments and suppliers by effectively managing your employees, ensuring a consistency of service levels.
To assume full responsibility for these objectives in the absence of your line manager.
As an Events Assistant Manager you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
Ensure that all agreed processes and products are introduced and utilised to the maximum efficiency and then monitored for adherence.
Monitor compliance of the GEM programme, Total Trip Management and Perfect Call and any new customer care initiatives.
Assist fully in the implementation of new accounts to the agreed service levels
Assist in increasing the volume of net tickets purchased through our own Air Fares Unit

Events Assistant Manager skill attributes:
Understanding of the Travel Industry and GDS systems
Previous supervisory experience
Net fares experience
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate in a friendly, pleasant and professional manner.
Excellent level of general computer skills including MS Office Suite.
