An audio and visual media company/post production company is looking for a Facilities Manager to join their busy team. This role will involve managing service attendants, building standards, training and Cost control/Budgets. This stunning property is laid out in the style of a hotel. Each suite is completely unique that suits needs for every client and member of staff. Your Role: You will be in charge of 6 staff/runners who will be on call for any service needs made from the suites by the clients/customer using the media rooms. *Service is your number one priority - You must train your runners to give that 5 star hotel customer service and presentation adding that silver service style to drinks/food request made when presented in the suites. *Maintenance - You must make sure the building is up to standards, ensure you do a walk round to ensure no damages/repairs must be done. Ensure your runners/staff have checked toilets and ensured everything is replenished on a daily basis. *Cost Control- You will be in charge of keeping with budgets and mostly costs. This will include the staff bar open drinks tab does not go over budget each month. Costs from the accounts team and other departments are gathered and any items/building facilities are ordered are all updated on the purchase order system for monthly meetings.
