Our client, a well-established Catering Services and Consultancy business with 17 businesses located in key locations in Central London, is opening a new factory for Food Production located in West London in January 2017. This site will comprise of 61,000 sqft and our client is looking for a Factory General Manager with the right experience to launch and drive this project forward.
Candidate requirements - Experienced Senior Operations professional with a proven track record within the food manufacturing industry (preferably short shelf life foods); - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a large workforce (approximately 100 staff); - Strong financial awareness and commercial acumen; - Excellent understanding of Lean/Continuous Improvement techniques and implementing change;
