Our client is an award winning and well-established travel management company offering business travel, VIP travel, conferences, event management, sports tours, group travel and leisure holidays. Due to remarkable growth, we are now seeking an experienced Fares & Ticketing Specialist to join our clients friendly and busy team.

Your career begins here, duties include:

  • Process all refunds and exchanges that are sent by Agents
  • Run monthly reports from Agentivity and process open tickets refunds
  • Fare loading
  • ADM reconciliation / dispute and record

Essential Requirements

  • Experience within fares and ticketing with travel is essential
  • We would consider travel professionals from an airline background with fares desk experience
  • Understanding fare constructions
  • Experience in using Excel and to be able to filter reports
  • Ability to accurately calculate fares for refund and re-issues
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Flight CRS / GDS flight system experience is essential such as Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre
  • Someone who is organised, accurate and able to maximise business opportunities  
  • Experience with Travelport’s Net Fare Manager will be an advantage
