Role and Responsibilities:
⦁Responsible for NDC ⦁Responsible for ADMs and fare related admin ⦁Responsible for processing all refunds and exchanges that are sent by Agents ⦁Run monthly reports from Agentivity and process open tickets refunds ⦁Fare loading ⦁ADM reconciliation / dispute and record
Skills Required: ⦁Understanding fare constructions ⦁Ability to accurately calculate fares for refund and re-issues ⦁Ability to learn new systems and processes ⦁Galileo essential with Amadeus and Sabre if possible ⦁Someone who is organised, accurate and able to maximise business opportunities ⦁Experience with Travelport's Net Fare Manager will be an advantage ⦁Ideally with airline experience

We work a 37.5 hour a week (8.5 hour day including 1 hour for lunch). Our office is open Monday to Friday 07:30 to 18:30 so it may be necessary to alternate early and late shifts to ensure cover at all times.
