An opportunity has arisen to work in a stunning 4* country house hotel at a 1 rosette standard located near Cirencester.
You will be managing a team of F&B Supervisors and overseeing the waiters within the restaurant and conferences:
-Providing a warm welcome to guests, making recommendations to the menu as requested. -To maintain the front and back house areas to a high standard of presentation. -To ensure Health & safety procedures are followed at all times. -To be flexible in assisting in other areas around the Hotel -To give quality training and coaching to F&B staff -To create an environment promoting staff morals and encourage employees to take pride in the work they carry out -Promote sales at any given opportunity -To control operational costs and stock ordering
Skills & Experience:
In addition to your excellent customer service skills, you should be punctual and a reliable team player with strong communication skills, a self driven approach, and a positive 'can do' attitude.
You must have previous management experience and overseeing a number of staff members, ideally this will be in a 4 star property although it is not essential.
Flexibility will be required to cover early and late shifts over five days per week including weekends and bank holidays
