A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced F&B Operations Manager to join our busy Warwickshire hotel. Candidates from a direct background will be immediately considered.
As F&B Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Sharing the responsibilities with the site Operations Manager and GM, managing wet and dry stocks.
- P&L budget management.
- Training and management of junior members of front of house staff.
- Day to day hotel managerial duties.

Ideal F&B Manager candidates will:
- Be experienced managing hotel conferences, weddings, large events, rooms and restaurant operations.
- Have a strong understanding staff management and pro-active training practices.
- Bring best practices to the operation but be open-minded and willing to adapt and change with the needs of the business.
- Be passionate about the hospitality industry.

This F&B Operations Manager role is offering:
- Salary of circa 25,000
- 5 day working week
