Finance Administrator / Hotel Billbacks – London - Salary Up To £25k

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Finance Administrator / Hotel Billbacks to join our client who are an expanding Business Travel Management agency based in North London.

The responsibilities of the Finance Administrator / Hotel Billbacks include:

  • Calculating and checking all hotel invoices on a daily basis
  • Dealing with hotel/client queries and liaising with other departments regarding any client discrepancies
  • Ensure corrections are recorded for changes in hotel and customer details
  • Liaise with commissions team for possible contra transactions.


The skills required for the Finance Administrator / Hotel Billbacks role include:

  • complete extensive range of routine, detailed clerical, administrative tasks using IT skills.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
